Thunderful Group Appoints Mikael Falkner as Chief Financial Officer

Thunderful Group AB (publ) announced today that the company has appointed Mikael Falkner as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Mikael joins the company's executive management team with extensive experience from senior financial positions at major publicly listed companies. Thunderful Group’s interim CFO, Per Alnefelt, will remain with the company for a period to ensure a seamless transition.

The incoming CFO, Mikael Falkner, holds a degree in business administration and has significant experience in several leading, business-oriented roles within finance. His previous positions include Finance Manager for Eastern Europe at the formerly listed Axis Communications, Business Area Controller for the listed Duni Group, followed by the role of Director FP&A and Controlling for the same group, which he is leaving to take on his new role at Thunderful.

Mikael Falkner will assume the position of CFO no later than November 28, 2024.
