Board member of Thunderful Group resigns
Thunderful Group AB (”Thunderful”) announces that board member Adolf Kristjansson, at his own request and due to other commitments, has decided to resign from the board of Thunderful. Adolf Kristjansson has been a part of Thunderful’s board since the Annual General Meeting in 2024. The board remains quorate in accordance with the articles of association.
"I would like to extend a warm thank you to Adolf on behalf of the board for his brief but commendable work as a board member of Thunderful. We wish him all the best in his future endeavours," comments Chairman of the Board Patrick Svensk.
"After careful consideration, I’ve decided to pursue a new challenge outside the company. I want to sincerely thank everyone for an incredibly rewarding, educational, and developmental journey," says Adolf Kristjansson.
Following Adolf Kristjansson's resignation, the board will consist of five members, which meets the requirements of the articles of association. The board remains quorate.
